Here are the routes and groups for this Sunday, all rides start in the future from the Town/Market Square unless otherwise stated.
If you're new to us then welcome! We send out this email for every Sunday ride so that you know where we're going and can plan your route and ride for that day if you would like to join us.
Make sure that you arrive early to hear the ride briefs at 7.25am and 9.40am as we will leave sharpely, late arrivals will be noted in despatches!
It is essential that we communicate within the rides, but lets keep calls to the minimum (car back/front, inside, middle and outside is all we want to hear as it tells us of the potential hazard and where it actual is) but when the car is on the opposite side of the road past the white lines in the midlle then we don't need to know. Single file when requested by your ride leader means that, so don't ignore it. No undercutting or going up the inside of cars or riders at any times.
In Groups 1-3 & 5-6 you will need to keep up or you will get dropped. Only Groups 4 & 6 having a no drop policy but note that riders are still be expected to be able to maintain 15mph within that ride. Take a turn on the front and be prepared to do this several times, as it's fair to everyone and a bit of "through and off" is the best way to get a little bit of a workout and still have something left to enjoy the rest of Sunday.
